TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings will be confirmed in writing by the owner(s) of Manda Shea Band, which will include mutually agreed upon terms. Contracts will be considered legal documents signed by an executive party of Manda Shea Band. Terms for cancellation will be agreed upon and included in signed contracts at least 48 hours before the performance, which will include cancellation, withdraw, and refund agreements.
